Shipping Policy

1. General provisions
This Shipping Policy defines the rules for order fulfillment and delivery placed in the online store operated by:

2. Delivery area
We ship orders within:
- Poland,
- Austria, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Germany, Slovakia, Italy.
We currently do not ship orders to other countries.
3. Carriers
We cooperate with courier companies DHL and GLS - for both domestic and international shipments. The choice of carrier for a given order is made by the Store and depends on the direction and size of the shipment.
We do not offer personal pickup.
4. Order fulfillment time
The total order fulfillment time consists of two independent stages: order preparation time and transport time.
4.1 Order preparation time
Most of our products are made to order - production (printing) starts only after payment is received or after confirming a cash on delivery order. For this reason, the order preparation time for shipping is from 1 to 5 business days, depending on current production load and material availability.
4.2 Transport time
After handing over the package to the courier, the estimated delivery time is:

The above times are estimates and depend on the carrier and recipient location. Delivery dates shown in the cart during checkout include both package preparation time and transport time.
5. Delivery costs
Delivery cost is charged per single package, based on its weight.
Important! Small products (pillows, fabrics, beds, smaller accessories) can be combined in one shipment if their total weight fits within the tariff range. Large items (e.g., poufs, loungers) must be packed in separate boxes due to their size - each box counts as a separate shipment and is charged independently. For example: an order including 2 large poufs will be sent in two separate boxes, which means the delivery cost will be charged twice.

5.2 Cash on delivery payment
Cash on delivery payment is available only for shipments within Poland. An additional fee for cash on delivery service is 11 zł and is added to the delivery cost.
5.3 Free shipping
The store does not offer free shipping regardless of the order value.
6. Shipment damage
If you receive a package showing signs of damage, please take the following actions:
- In the presence of the courier, check the contents of the shipment and write a damage report.
- Immediately contact the Store by email at hello@dreamroots.com and send:description of the situation,photos of the damaged shipment (packaging) and damaged goods,scan or photo of the damage report written with the courier.
Lack of a damage report drawn up in the presence of the courier may significantly hinder or prevent claims with the carrier.
7. Uncollected packages
If the shipment is not collected within the time specified by the carrier and is returned to the sender, the cost of reshipping is borne by the Customer. Reshipping will only occur at the Customer's request; lack of contact will result in order cancellation.
8. Change of delivery address
If after placing an order there is a need to change the delivery address, please contact us by email as soon as possible at hello@dreamroots.com. If the package has not yet been dispatched, we will try to make the change. After the shipment has been sent, address changes are not possible.
9. Returns and right of withdrawal
Information regarding the right of withdrawal, return procedures, and rules for covering the cost of returning goods are described in the Store Regulations
